Should any issues arise with the Opticle Matte Paint Protection Film during the 10-year guarantee period, we will replace or repair the affected area at no cost to you. Please note that Opticle has the right to deny any claim that does not meet the terms and conditions of this guarantee.

It's important to note that the guarantee does not cover any damages resulting from installer errors, including bubbles, dirt particles, adhesive damage from over-stretching, and installation scratches—or aftercare damages from drive-through car washes, pressuring washing, or improper washing. Therefore, we strongly recommend that a trained and certified professional perform the installation to ensure the optimal performance of the Opticle Matte Paint Protection Film.
