Each point is now worth $0.05 — a 15x increase from the old program ($0.003 per point). The earning rate remains the same: 1 point per $1 spent.

Old program: $100 spend = 100 points = $0.33 in value
CSW Rewards: $100 spend = 100 points = $5.00 in value

Leveling up is as easy as continuing to buy the same great products you’ve always purchased at CSW. You’ll earn points on almost all of our 3,000+ products, plus additional opportunities through promotions, contests, and social activities.

Log into your CSW Rewards account to see your progress toward earning status in 2027. If you level up during 2026, you will earn that status for the remainder of 2026 and for all of 2027.

In addition to sitewide promotions, Elite and Reserve members will occasionally have access to exclusive 2x offers geared directly toward high volume customers and professional shops.

The vast majority of CSW’s 3,000+ products are eligible for point earnings on every purchase. For those items not eligible, every dollar spent still counts toward your annual tier status.

Reserve Concierge is an elevated level of customer support, guidance, and planning services available exclusively to Reserve status members. It includes 1-on-1 appointments for order planning, assistance with shop build-out, and in-person visits to the CSW facility and warehouse.
