In the past, loyalty points were worth $.003 each and were earned at a 1-point per $1 dollar spent rate. While the earning rate remains the same for CSW Rewards, the point value has increase over 15x and each point is now worth $.05! For example...

Old program:  $100 spend = 100 points. At a value of $.003 per point, that created $.33 of total point value

CSW Rewards: $100 spend = 100 points. But at a value of $.05 per point, you will now have $5.00 in point value!

Leveling up is as easy as continuing to buy the same great products you've always purchased at CSW. You'll earn CSW Reward Points on almost all of the thousands of products available and you will have additional earning opportunities through special promotions, contents and social activities. 

To establish your 2026 status, we used your activity from both 2025 and the current year and automatically awarded placed you in the earned tier. When you log into your CSW Rewards account, you will see your progress this year toward earning status in 2027. If you level up during 2026, you will earn that status for the remainder of 2026 and for all of 2027!

In addition to sitewide promotions and point earning opportunities, Elite and Reserve members will occassionally have access to exclusive 2x and 3x offers geared directly toward high volume customers and professional shops. 

The vast majority of CSW's 3,000+ products are eligible for point earnings on every purchase. For those items not eligible for point earning, every dollar spent still counts toward your annual tier status! Point eligibility is posted on each product page within the website. Our Reserve Concierge service is an elevated level of customer support, guidance and planning services available exclusively to CSW Rewards members that have achieved Reserve status. This program offers 1-on-1 appointments for order planning, assistance with shop build-out and in-person visits to the CSW facility and warehouse. Every Reserve member will be introduced to their direct "Concierge" point of contact within the first 30-days of achieving Reserve status to learn more and align on member goals for the upcoming year.
