DAY 1: Fundamentals, Bulk Installs & Essential Techniques (8:00 AM–6:00 PM)

Students will begin with foundational techniques that ensure strong installation habits. Training includes:

Day two builds on Day 1 and transitions into real-world workflow and more complex installs.

ADVANCED PAINT PROTECTION FILM TRAINING

Chicago • 4 Seats • One-on-One Instruction

This advanced, 2-day Paint Protection Film training is designed for installers who already understand the basics and want to master high-difficulty installs, professional seaming, and real-world problem solving. This course goes beyond standard techniques and focuses on the skills required to deliver clean, repeatable results on the most challenging vehicles and panels.

Students will work one-on-one with a master installer who has over a decade of hands-on PPF experience, receiving direct guidance, correction, and refinement throughout the entire course. Training is fully hands-on and conducted on real vehicles—no demo panels, no shortcuts.

Advanced techniques covered include:

• Professional PPF seaming (intentional seam placement, overlap control, and durability)

• Difficult hood installations (complex contours, vents, edges, and high-tension zones)

• Advanced stretch management and tension control

• Clean edge wrapping vs. strategic trimming decisions

• Eliminating lift lines, stretch marks, and adhesive distortion

• Workflow strategies used by high-level, production-focused shops
