Who is Shine Supply?
Shine Supply is a company that lets its products do all the talking. Jeremy Stevens, the owner, started off as a detailer himself with his very own mobile detailing business. So he knows first hand what detailers need out of their products. That’s why at Car Supplies Warehouse we’ve brought in Shine Supply. We see the care and detail they put into developing and perfecting their products. To test out their products, we put our very own cars to the test.
Clean N’ Shine
Clean N’ Shine is an interior cleaner that is very simple to use and at Car Supplies Warehouse, we love simple.
This Subaru’s interior needed some love and care.

This chemical is meant to be used on plastics and vinyls, so we used microfiber towels and wiped down the dashboard, center console, arm rest, steering wheel, and door panels.
Clean N’ Shine left no residue when it was wiped off. Which we LOVE. It leaves a nice satin, natural-looking finish. We also like that it has UV protection and will elongate the life of your interior. We'll take that added protection any day.
Wise Guy & Cool Guy
Next up we tried Shine Supply’s Wise Guy. Wise Guy is a Tire & Wheel Cleaner that makes the process quick and easy. We had the perfect DIRTY wheels to use as a test. Before spraying your wheels with any chemical it’s best to let your car sit in the shade and cool down. You don’t want chemicals drying out on the wheel and potentially damaging the surface.
Now, here’s where it’s good to know the differences between the products. Wise Guy is a maintenance wheel cleaner meant to remove dirt, grime and light brake dust. For a wheel with build up of brake dust that’s been caked on, you’re going to need something stronger like Shine Supply Cool Guy. Formulated with an iron remover, Cool Guy is efficient at quickly and gently breaking down that build up. For our need, Wise Guy fit the bill.
Spraying both the wheels and tires with Wise Guy, we let it sit for a moment to work through the built up. We used a Wheel Woolie Brush to clean the barrel and Work Stuff brushes to get into the nooks and crannies of the wheel face.
After agitating the dirt and grime with the brush, we rinsed the wheel off and dried it with compressed air and a towel.
Wise Guy did a great job of breaking down the build up of road grime that had been accumulating on the wheel for over a month.
Clutch
Lastly, we wanted to try out one of Shine Supply’s more popular items, Clutch. Clutch is a detailing spray which can be used on top of a ceramic coating to extend it’s life or to be used by itself to add a standalone protection.
First things first, we needed to remove any contaminants that may be sitting on top of the paint surface since it’s last wash.
What we love at Car Supplies Warehouse is ease of use. WE LOVE SIMPLE. The beauty of Clutch is that it can sit on the surface for as long as you want. The longer that it sits on the surface the easier it is to remove. We sprayed it on all the painted surfaces and let it sit for a few minutes. After that we came back around and wiped it off with some microfiber towels.
After seeing the results we love Clutch! It made the paint look deeper, richer, and glossier than before. This car already has a ceramic coating so Clutch did a great job of revitalizing the coating.
