DAY 1: Fundamentals, Bulk Installs & Essential Techniques (8:00 AM–6:00 PM)

Students will begin with foundational techniques that ensure strong installation habits. Training includes:

Hands-On Installs

• Bulk Hood Installs (proper stretching, anchoring & finishing)

• Headlight Installs

• A-Pillar Installs

• Door Cups & Door Edges

• Bulk Fender Installs

DAY 2: Advanced Techniques, Plotter Training & Complex Panels (8:00 AM–6:00 PM)

Day two builds on Day 1 and transitions into real-world workflow and more complex installs.

• Pre-cut Fender Installs

• Headlight Installs (advanced shaping & complex housings)

• Front Bumpers (high-tension areas, anchors, recessed sections, and tight curves)
