COVID-19 Operations Update as of April 23, 2020: We're continuously monitoring the developments surrounding COVID-19. We're strictly following the most recent CDC guidelines with regards to workplace social distancing and handling your orders. While we're working hard to ensure that most orders continue to ship same-day, for your safety and the safety of our office staff, we are offering curbside pickup only as our front office remains closed. We will continue to monitor the CDC's recommendations and update our policies accordingly. Here's how we're taking care to keep you and your families safe:


Order fulfillment is completed in alternating shifts. Our warehouse team members are remarkably efficient. Due to that robust efficiency, we've been able to reduce the amount of staff packing orders, and ensure that they aren't crossing paths throughout the day.


Warehouse personnel are required to maintain the CDC-recommended 6-foot distance from one another at all times. We're taking social distancing seriously; orders are now packed at separate stations and by separate personnel with their own set of packing materials. Rest assured that there's only one set of protected hands on your order at any given time.


Personal Protective Equipment is required in our lobby, offices and warehouse. We have secured the appropriate amount of cloth masks and thick nitrile gloves in order to prevent any contamination of inventory items or warehouse equipment; frequent hand-washing and sanitizing has also been mandated by our management staff.


We're deep-cleaning every surface your items/packaging touch after every shipment cycle. Any surface that our personnel or your items touch in the fulfillment/shipping process is thoroughly cleaned with CDC/FDA-approved chemicals after each order is packed, and between personnel shifts.


All non-fulfillment personnel are working from home. Our marketing and technical support teams are working from home until the CDC and state of Illinois announce changes to the current social distancing guidelines.


We're working together with our shipping partners. Our beloved UPS, FedEx and USPS agents have been instructed to pick up your orders in designated locations, well over 6 feet from any of our operational areas. These agents have also been instructed to leave incoming inventory shipments in designated areas to avoid having them enter our facilities.

Will I have to wait longer to get my stuff?

We know that many of you are detailers relying on us to get your jobs done, and our warehouse team is working hard to ensure that you don't miss a beat. All orders completed and processed by 2:00PM CST (Mon-Fri) will still ship the same day, unless the CDC or local government officials instruct otherwise.

UPS and FedEx have maintained operational stability throughout this ongoing situation and we will notify you of any changes to the status of carrier transit times.

A note on the United States Postal Service/USPS: Per our local representatives, USPS is operating with reduced staff and limited resources. Since the initial COVID-19 outbreak in the United States, we have been notified by some customers that USPS has been demonstrating lapses in tracking information and occasionally delivering packages beyond their scheduled delivery date. If you need to guarantee that your items arrive by a certain date, we suggest selecting a shipping method with UPS (DHL if you reside outside the United States).

Is it safe to accept packages?

According to the CDC, if current guidelines are followed, it is safe to receive packages. The coronavirus that causes COVID-19 is stable on cardboard surfaces for up to 24 hours, however, when personal protective equipment is properly utilized, the CDC and local governments are not prohibiting the movement of packages.

Can I still pick up my order?

Yes, you can still pick up your order via curbside pickup. Simply select in-store pickup at checkout, and we'll send you an email and a text message when your order is ready to be picked up.

Select curbside pickup at checkout and follow the instructions sent to you via email once your order has been fulfilled. Orders are typically ready for pickup within an hour from 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday, and from 8:00AM-12:00PM on Saturday. Please wait for us to confirm that your order is ready before leaving your home or office.
