Caring for, dressing or coating trim can be a tedious task, especially tighter areas or engine bays with little clearance. There seems to be miles and miles of plastic trim on most modern vehicles, and manufacturers aren't slowing their use of such materials.
Sonax has an answer to the monotony of trim care; Spray it on and walk away, or wipe it on and walk away. No, we're not kidding... It is that simple.
We use this in the shop at Chicago Auto Pros to quickly and effectively dress engine bay components. After we've cleaned the motor and surrounding components, we simply spray Sonax Plastic Care evenly across the area, close the hood, and move on in our detailing process. Customers open their hood and are met with a deep, rich look to the plastics in their engine bays.
If you'd like to dress wheel wells, wheel arch trim, or any other black/gray plastic trim, you can apply this to a microfiber applicator and work it in gently. The resulting depth is outstanding and lasts longer than most water-based dressings. This can also be applied to interior components if you prefer extra depth and richness; if you desire a matte look, consider Sonax Dashboard & Vinyl Cleaner.
There are no solvents in Sonax Plastic Care that would otherwise dry out plastics or cause them to become "splotchy" in nature.
Directions for use:
Shake before use. Release the sprayer lock by pressing the red button on the spray head. Spray product onto a microfiber applicator and apply generously to the area to be treated. If necessary, wipe with a clean cloth after application. For preserving the engine compartment, spray directly and evenly on the entire engine bay. Any remaining water will not disrupt the effectiveness if the product.
Do not use on: glass, paintwork, fabrics, radios, displays, operating elements on the vehicle, bicycle or motor bike seats.
Do not use on hot surfaces.
Protect against freezing.
